This project was a comprehensive rebuild of 4-story townhouse. It is a perfect example of how Unicorn marries up-to-date technology with the timeless workmanship of the past. Employing a modern aesthetic, we rebuilt an existing wood structure with modern materials, replaced windows and doors throughout with high-efficiency Pella products, and created a fully refurbished and basement which became additional living space.
From the kitchen, a set of 12-foot-wide sliding doors now lead to an elegant backyard, allowing for a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors, and uncompromised comfort when the weather does not cooperate. New hardwood floors throughout the residence along with custom and imported cabinetry, take advantage of the natural light flooding the now spacious, airy rooms.
Modern HVAC provides year-round comfort, regardless of what mother nature has to offer. Stunning finishes and an open concept create the modern elegance that will become a timeless design.
