This townhouse renovation began with a simple but ambitious goal: to create a home that feels both quietly luxurious and deeply livable—where every material, curve, and finish works in harmony.
From the outset, the design direction leaned into a refined Japandi aesthetic, balancing warmth and restraint. Natural tones set the foundation, layered with sophisticated textures and softened by thoughtful lighting. The result is a home that feels calm and grounded, yet elevated—minimal without being sparse, elegant without ever feeling cold.
The kitchen was fully reimagined through a comprehensive gut renovation, designed specifically for a homeowner who is a professional chef. Form and function were treated as equals, with a layout that prioritizes efficiency, workflow, and durability without sacrificing elegance. Custom cabinetry was crafted to support daily, high-performance use, offering generous storage and intuitive organization. Professional-grade appliances are seamlessly integrated into the design, allowing the space to perform at the highest level while maintaining a calm, cohesive aesthetic. Carefully selected stone surfaces provide both visual depth and a resilient work surface—anchoring the kitchen as the true heart of the home, where craftsmanship meets culinary precision.

Throughout the home, new flooring creates continuity from level to level, reinforcing the natural palette and enhancing the flow of light.
All four bathrooms were taken down to the studs and rebuilt with the same attention to detail. Each space offers its own expression of the overall design language, combining clean geometry with tactile finishes
Architectural details elevate the project further. Arched plasterwork and limewashed wall finishes bring depth and variation, catching light differently throughout the day and reinforcing the handcrafted nature of the renovation.
Bright accent pieces—used sparingly—add moments of contrast and personality, ensuring the home feels curated rather than formulaic. Every decision, from material selection to execution, reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and a deep respect for how the home will be lived in.

The finished townhouse is a study in balance: modern yet timeless, restrained yet warm, and undeniably high-end. It stands as a reflection of the builder’s ability to merge design clarity with exceptional construction—creating spaces that feel as good as they look.
