This 5,500 square foot townhouse, located in the heart of Gramercy, needed a refresh. The homeowners struggled to find a team who could align with the family needs, and execute in a way that worked for them.Â
UNICORN created a build plan that prioritized the protection of parts of the home that were remaining as is. Custom carpets needed to survive construction, chandeliers needed to remain in place, and a grand piano could not be moved.
With a plan in place, UNICORN built a stunning custom kitchen, two new roof decks, and gutted many bathrooms throughout the house. We also replaced existing HVAC systems, installed heated floors throughout, and resolved issues that had plagued the homeowners for years.
With a new lease on life, this townhouse will serve the family well for years to come.
